What We Collect

• Email address (required) — used to send tee time notifications and account communications.
• Phone number (optional) — if provided and you opt in to SMS notifications, used to send tee time availability alerts and booking status updates via text message.
• ForeUp credentials (Auto-Book users only) — your ForeUp username and password, used only to book tee times on your behalf. Your credentials are never used to monitor or search for tee times.
• Tee time preferences — dates, times, course selection, and player count you configure.

How We Store Your Data

All sensitive data, including ForeUp credentials, is encrypted at rest. Your password is never stored in plain text and is only decrypted at the moment of booking. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Sending you notifications when matching tee times are found.
• Sending SMS text messages about tee time availability and booking updates (only if you opt in to SMS notifications).
• Booking tee times on your behalf and confirming that bookings were successfully completed (Auto-Book users only).

We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes — period. Your data exists on our systems for one reason: to help you book tee times. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in information will never be shared with or sold to third parties or lead generators for any purpose. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Amazon SES — email delivery for tee time notifications.
• Twilio — SMS text message delivery for tee time notifications and booking updates. Twilio receives your phone number only when you opt in to SMS notifications.
• Stripe — payment processing for Auto-Book billing. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form — your card number, CVV, and billing details never touch our servers. We only store a card brand (e.g., "Visa") and last four digits for display purposes. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

These services process only the minimum data required to deliver their function (e.g., Amazon SES receives your email address to send you a notification).

Payment Data Security

We take payment security seriously. When you add a payment method:

• Your card number, CVV, and expiration date are sent directly to Stripe and never pass through our servers.
• We do not store, log, or have access to your full card details at any point.
• The only billing information we retain is your card brand (e.g., "Visa"), last four digits, and expiration month/year — solely so you can identify your saved card.
• Stripe is a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of security certification in the payments industry.

SMS Text Messages

If you opt in to receive SMS notifications, the following applies:

• You may receive text messages about tee time availability, booking confirmations, and booking status updates based on the preferences you configure.
• Message frequency varies based on tee time availability and your configured alerts. Typically 1–5 messages per day when actively monitoring.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, unchecking SMS notifications in your account settings, or contacting us.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact admin@torreypinesteetimes.com.
• SMS is an optional notification method. The service works fully with email-only notifications.

By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive autodialed text messages from Torrey Pines Tee Times at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full details.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. The only cookie we set is a session cookie for logged-in users, which is required for authentication and expires when you close your browser or log out.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your data at any time from your dashboard. When you remove a search or delete your account, the associated data is permanently removed from our systems. If you used the email-only notification flow (no account), email admin@torreypinesteetimes.com and we will delete your data promptly.
