Service Description
Torrey Pines Tee Time Monitor ("the Service") is a personal booking assistant that monitors tee time availability at Torrey Pines Golf Course and notifies users when matching tee times become available. For auto-book users, the Service also books tee times on your behalf using your own ForeUp account credentials.
No Affiliation
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the City of San Diego, Torrey Pines Golf Course, or ForeUp. We are an independent service that acts on your behalf as your personal booking assistant.
User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and valid information, including a valid email address.
- Provide valid ForeUp credentials if using the auto-booking feature. You are responsible for ensuring your ForeUp account is in good standing.
- Not use the Service for commercial resale or brokering of tee times.
- Not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service.
- Comply with all applicable rules and policies of Torrey Pines Golf Course and the City of San Diego.
No Guarantee of Booking
While we strive to book tee times as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that any particular tee time will be successfully booked. Tee times are subject to real-time availability and may be claimed by other users before our system can complete the booking. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.
Beta Pricing
The Service is currently in Beta. During the Beta period, all features including auto-booking are provided free of charge. After the Beta period ends, auto-booking will be priced at $20 per person per confirmed booking. Tee time notifications will remain free. We will notify all users before any pricing changes take effect.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any missed tee times, failed bookings, or incorrect notifications.
- We are not liable for any fees, penalties, or consequences arising from bookings made or not made through the Service.
- We are not responsible for any changes to ForeUp's systems, Torrey Pines policies, or City of San Diego regulations that may affect the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
- Engages in abuse of the Service, including excessive automated requests.
- Attempts to resell or commercially broker tee times obtained through the Service.
- Provides false or misleading information.
- Violates these Terms of Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your searches from your dashboard or by contacting us.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
